Tallinn Natural Portrait Photography | Alina

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Alina. An Estonian creative and entrepreneurial girl behind Alina Birjuk Photography Art. She lives in Tallinn, the capital and the largest city of Estonia only 80 km (50 miles) south of Helsinki.

We decided to head out to a sandy beach in Pirita for some natural style photos and views. The weather was sunny but rather cold.  It was around +7 degrees with gusty winds so when we left the car it all felt a bit extreme.  Almost immediately we felt the cold breeze cutting through the skin. However, Alina was an absolute superstar and didn’t hesitate once to proceed with taking off her coat and shoes. She even walked into the Baltic Sea with bare feet and all I could think was ‘please don’t end up having pneumonia’.

After some stunning panoramic views and shots, we ran back to the car, turned up the heat and drove back to her flat for some well-deserved hot baths and tea.
